With a focus on professionalism, compassion, inclusivity, and personalized care, I am dedicated to empowering individuals and couples to embrace their uniqueness, navigate life’s complexities, and create meaningful change in their relationships and lives. In the South, where many therapists cater to the Christian population, I am here to cater to those who have a hard time finding a therapist they can connect with.
I understand that not everyone relationship looks the same. I welcome all couples including those engaged in polyamorous and kink lifestyles. Those who are more spiritual vs. religious, those suffering from religious trauma for being different or loving someone different, and those who are told that their spiritual beliefs are not welcomed into the therapy room.
I am also an ordained minister and would be honored to help anyone looking to commit to their partner(s) do so with a ceremony as unique as their love.

I offer personalized care tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client. I am trained in a variety of methods including:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) which is capable of being tailored to help client alleviate the impact of distressing thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and sensations clients may have associated with past events and/or memories.
I am trained in the use of tarot cards for clients seeking the integration of spirituality into their therapy that is different from what is typically offered in our part of the country.

Eros Arcana Therapy, LLC was founded out of a genuine need for sex-positive resources in our community. As a practitioner specializing in systemic sex therapy, I recognize the importance of addressing sexual issues within the context of mental health and relationships. Sex therapy, a comprehensive approach to talk therapy, goes beyond traditional mental health therapy by focusing specifically on sexual concerns that may be impacting an individual’s well-being and intimate connections.
With a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy and specialized training in systemic sex therapy, EMDR, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I am equipped to provide holistic and effective support to clients seeking to improve their most cherished relationships. I understand the intricate interplay between sexual dysfunctions and overall well-being, acknowledging how these issues can permeate all aspects of one’s life.
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate in NC & SC, I am dedicated to offering in-person and telehealth sessions in South Carolina and telehealth sessions in North Carolina. I am committed to creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their sexual concerns, enhance their intimate connections, and embark on a journey towards personal growth and relationship fulfillment.
